1. Eligibility: Offer is open to residents of Melbourn, UK, only. Proof of residence may be required.

2. Offer Limit: Limited to the first 200 completed feedback submissions. Only one gift card per household.

3. Reward: A £20 Love Cambridge gift card will be provided to each eligible participant, subject to availability.

4. Participation: Participants must complete the energy network consultation feedback form in full.

5. Non-transferable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

6. Availability: Offer valid until all 200 gift cards have been claimed or until December 15th 2024, whichever is sooner.

7. Notification: Eligible participants will be notified by post within 6 weeks of submitting feedback.

8. Privacy: Personal data collected will be used for the purposes of verifying eligibility and fulfilling the offer. If you express an interest in further participation in the project in the feedback form, we will use your data to keep you informed about development.
